Before booking, pleasure ensure you are booking correctly (i.e. correct patient and the correct visit type). If you’re NEW to HCT, please make sure to book an Initial NEW PATIENT visit. (incorrect visit bookings will be invoiced as necessary)

Payment is not required at the time of booking, but a card on file is required to book. Payment will be collected at the time of your visit.

We offer out-of-network benefits, meaning we are happy to send you an itemized superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company, and they may reimburse you.

We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

**All refunds will incur a 4% credit card convenience fee. If you prefer, we can apply the amount as a credit to your account. Simply text us directly to book your appointment and use the credit as payment.

Cancelation and No-Show Policy: Appointments not canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will be considered a late cancellation/no-show and will be charged. - Late cancellation: $25 - No Show: $30

You can reschedule your appointment before 24 hours in your patient booking portal. We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to respect and value everyone’s time.
